Residential Manager and Resident Support Professional *Requirements (Residential Manager) *Preferred: BA/BS degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or related area of study and a minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or 2 years of college and 4 years of experience in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities *Minimum of 1 year experience supervising Direct Support Professionals working in a residential setting. *Minimum Salary: $26,000.00 plus Performance Based Bonus *Requirements (Resident Support Professional) *Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent *Minimum Salary: $9.00 hourly plus Performance Based Bonus *Requirements (Residential Manager and Resident Support Professional) *Current CPR certification. *Florida driver's license in good standing and good driving record. Satisfaction of Agency for Persons with Disabilities level 2 background screening requirements (local law enforcement check, fingerprinting, etc.). *Knowledge regarding governing rules and regulations, standards and policies pertaining to residential habilitation provided in licensed group homes. *Computer knowledge, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, Care Soft (proprietary software), TRAIN Florida (LMS), Insperity Payroll.* *Note: Successful applicants must submit: 1) Cover letter, 2) Resume, and 3) Salary History.
